Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Forkidsakes.
Due to the nature of the products sold on Forkidsakes’ website, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me to resolve the issue. If a refund or exchange is agreed upon between you and Forkidsakes, the following rules apply:
- All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, a refund or exchange will not be offered. To complete your return or exchange, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your returned item(s) has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of approval, please contact us at custservice@forkidsakes.ca.
Exchanges
Forkidsakes will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send an email to custservice@forkidsakes.ca with information about the damage or defect.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to Forkidsakes. The mailing address will be provided if a return or exchange is agreed upon. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
